1. Nature of Products
Flowers are perishable and time-sensitive products. Proper care is required upon delivery to ensure maximum longevity.
2. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are generally not accepted once the delivery has been completed.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your flowers arrive damaged or the order is incorrect, please:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographic proof of the issue.
Upon review, we will offer a replacement arrangement OR a partial/full refund depending on the situation.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch. Once flowers are arranged and en route, cancellations are no longer accepted.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- An incorrect delivery address was provided during checkout.
- The recipient was unavailable to receive the delivery.
- Delayed delivery caused by external factors (e.g., extreme weather).
